Civil Law
Property and title disputes, specific performance, recovery suits, injunctions and succession matters — argued with the documents in order before the hearing, not after.
Warraich Law Firm represents clients in civil, criminal, corporate and cybercrime matters before the Lahore High Court and the district courts — with the file read, the law checked, and the argument ready before the first hearing.
The firm takes work across the civil and criminal side, advises businesses on corporate, tax and customs matters, and has particular depth in cases turning on digital evidence.

Nabeel has practised since 2017 and founded Warraich Law Firm in 2019 on a simple premise: a client deserves an advocate who has actually read the file. He holds both an LLB and an LLM from the University of the Punjab, and appears regularly before the Lahore High Court and the district judiciary.
His docket runs from property and contract disputes to criminal defence and corporate advisory, with particular depth in cybercrime — cases under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, FIA proceedings, and the digital evidence that increasingly decides commercial matters too.
Four stages. You'll know which one your case is in at any point.
Call or message on WhatsApp and describe the matter. You'll get an honest read on whether you have a case worth filing.
Documents reviewed, limitation checked, forum decided. You receive the position, the options and the likely cost in writing.
Pleadings drafted, evidence assembled, and the case instituted in the correct court — with the paperwork complete the first time.
Appearance through every hearing to judgment, with an update after each date rather than only when you ask.
Draft answers — review and correct these before the site goes live.
The first conversation is to understand the matter and tell you honestly whether it is worth filing. Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins and depend on the forum, the complexity and the expected number of hearings. The firm does not take a matter without telling you what it will cost.
It depends on the forum and the nature of the suit. A well-prepared case moves faster than one filed with incomplete documents, because adjournments for missing paperwork are the most common cause of delay. At the assessment stage you'll get a realistic estimate rather than an optimistic one.
Yes. Pre-arrest (anticipatory) bail is available in appropriate cases and is time-sensitive — the earlier you call after learning of an FIR, the more options remain open. Bring the FIR number and police station if you have them; if not, they can be traced.
Complaints under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act are filed with the FIA Cybercrime Wing. The firm drafts and files the complaint, preserves and presents the digital evidence properly, follows up with the investigating officer, and represents you if the matter proceeds to a special court. Do not delete messages, screenshots or call records before speaking to a lawyer.
Your CNIC, and every document connected to the matter — agreements, registry or mutation papers, receipts, notices, the FIR or complaint, and any WhatsApp or email correspondence. Bring originals if you have them and photocopies if you do not. Incomplete papers cost more time than they save.
Yes. Overseas Pakistanis are a regular part of the practice, particularly in property, inheritance and family matters. Most of it can be handled through a properly attested power of attorney, with updates by call or WhatsApp; the firm will tell you exactly which documents need attestation from the Pakistani mission in your country.
Yes, through the Family Courts, including khula and divorce, custody and guardianship, maintenance and dower recovery. These matters are handled discreetly and, where the parties are willing, settled rather than litigated.
